First and foremost I am a devoted wife and mother of two. My kids are my inspiration, and not a day goes by that I don’t think about how lucky I am.
I’ve been interested in photography since I got my first point and shoot camera. I never took a serious interest in it, though, until the birth of my son. It was at that point I realized the importance of capturing all of those precious moments. I began to spend every spare minute I had reading, learning, and taking pictures. I’ve learned a lot along the way from some pretty amazing photographers, and I can only hope to be as great as them someday.
I am a location photographer. I prefer to photograph people in a more natural environment rather than a studio. I feel like this brings out people’s personalities better. That is not to say, however, that I don’t do studio type shots. I do have a portable studio that I can bring to your shoot if that’s the look you’re going for.
